By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

General:

What I will draw:
-Fanarts

-Explicit NSFW(Suggestive OK)

*Reference images are required. I will NOT be working purely off a text description*In case of very complicated character design or adding complex design aspects (example: complex weapon, or pattern), may cost additional price raise depending on how complex the design. I will let you know in advance*I have the right to decline/refund a commission if I believe I won’t be able to deliver the best result of the commission piece

Flow of Work:

•Sketch- changes can be made to the drawing (example: poses) up to 3 revisions•Lineart – you can request changes to the lineart details but not the poses of which was approved in the sketch stage (example: placement of detail/shape of the eye/expression detail)•Base Colors – you can request changes to the base colors of the color scheme (the lineart cannot be altered/changed at this stage of the piece)•Rendering(for shading/lighting style) and final image – no changes are possible once this stage has started being worked on. If there is a certain detail that you would like to see, please notify me beforehand (example: dramatic lighting from a certain angle)

Note:
-Revisions of the sketch can only be done before the sketch is fully approved to take to the next step
-Revisions of the lineart can only be done before the lineart is fully approved to take to the next step
-Revisions of the base colors can only be done before the base colors is fully approved to take to the next step
-Revisions off the previous steps cannot be done once it is at the final rendering stage.

Payment Terms:

•International Payments are accepted through Paypal ONLY with USD currency•Local payment (Indonesia) can be done through BNI or BCA (price will use the USD converted to Rupiah prices)•Invoices will be sent after the sketch is approved and ready to be taken to the lineart stage.•Payment of the invoiced must be received in full before I start the lineart stage•Payment can’t be refunded once the lineart stage is finished
Refund is possible If I am unable to finish the artwork•Once the payment is made, you reserve your slot on the waiting list.

Terms of Use:

-I will send the final product of the piece in the format of .png and the full high resolution of the .png files through the DM if you have contacted me through the DM
or by e-mail if you contacted me through e-mail
I will send the .psd files through e-mail only if you asked.-You are freely allowed to use your commission piece for things such as icons, banners, etc and edit it for
personal use with credit linking back to my social media-You are allowed to post the commission piece to your own websites/social media while crediting me and
provide a link to my page-Your commission piece is for personal use only. Please DO NOT reproduce your commission piece for commercial use (making money out of it in any way such as selling prints or merch of it) or for NFTs, or use it for generative AI training
